They couldn't diagnose my cat's toe/nail issue, just that it was infected. She was prescribed 2 rounds of different antibiotics (the 1st didn't work) and i did everything as prescribed. At the follow up visit they wanted to take my cat back for the doctor to check her and be on my way. I had to ask to be with the dr, which is sketchy. Doctor Toe said she wasn't the one who performed the operation but spoke with the dr who did. 🤨 She said it looks worse and the nail isn't there and would need xray or it's lupus. So I retracted it and she said "oh that?". If a vet/DOCTOR can't retract a cat's nail, that's a PROBLEM. Also they advised me that after over a $1k surgery to remove a benign mass in her mouth, that it's already growing back.

I am a fosterer that works with a local rescue that partners with this hospital. We had to heartbreakingly bring in two very sick foster kittens today to be put to sleep. I cannot express how wonderful the team was with us and the little guys. We felt very cared for and the kindness of the staff made us feel supported during the sad experience. We felt the kittens and their little lives were honored. Thank you so much. And thank you for your work with local rescues— it is such a gift to them and to us.
